Our Journey
Jalaram Mishthan Bhandar, Durg’s fondest Indian sweets brand, was established in 1962 by Mr. Shivlal Bhai Adatiya & Family. Our pillars stand strong on the hard work and eagerness of delivering "never ending sweetness" put in by the various generations of the Adatiya family who have been taking the brand from strength to strength.
Our journey began with Mr. Shivlal Bhai Adatiya and Family, shifted from Amravati to Durg who set up a Sweet shop to earn a living to support his family. He was well versed with the making of mithai. He began by selling Peda and Mixture.
It’s been more than 50 years, and his rendition of Sweets and Namkeen still continue to serve joy to all our customers that come to us from far and wide. We believed thoroughly in providing our customers with nothing but the best in quality and taste, and since then, the brand has been living by this, hence ensuring all expectations of our customers are duly met.
